Russ Parry
Co-CEO | Agency Principal | Co-Founder
I am married to a wonderful wife named Julie. I have three children. Jackson, Grace, and Abigail. I am a resident of Pleasant View, UT. I lived in Bogota, Colombia for two years and became fluent in Spanish. I enjoy recreational activities such as wake surfing, mountain biking, road biking, and trail running. I started my insurance career in 2003 as a captive agent for American Family Insurance. After 12 years with American Family, I felt the most sustainable business model inside the insurance industry was to become an independent agency owner to better serve my clients.
Parker Reed

I enjoy home DIY projects (remodeling, landscaping and anything that keeps me busy). If you know me well, my friends and family call it a “Parker Project“. I enjoy watching movies, playing board games, boating, horseback riding & especially traveling. My favorite place to go is Costa Rica. !Pura Vida! My favorite holiday is the 4th of July, I love spending time with family, friends, and being reminded how lucky I am to live in this country. I am so blessed to be married to the love of my life Kylee & to have two beautiful girls, Paisli and Sophia.
Braden Otto

My favorite sport to play has always been soccer, but my favorite to watch is definitely football. I am a shareholder of the Green Bay Packers, attended their last Superbowl win in 2010, and am maybe a little more emotionally invested in their success than I should be. I lived in Santiago, Chile for a couple of years and grew to love the amazing culture and people there. I have my bachelor’s degree in computer science with a minor in Spanish. I have been married to my amazing wife, Caroline, since 2020 and we love learning to cook new foods, so if you have any recipes, send them our way!
Regina Caores

I enjoy planting and taking care of my potted plants in my free time and spending time with my family – my dear husband Clent and our lovely daughter Chloe. We like doing quick trips on weekends to see eco parks and new eating places whether be outside or inside of the city. I am not so much of an outdoor person as I indulge myself in getting a rest from work and mom’s life every time I get a chance (which happens rarely!). I was born and raised here in the beautiful Islands of Philippines where my career started in 2014 in the BPO industry before landing this amazing job almost 3 years ago (and still counting). I particularly provide Admin Support such as onboarding and logins (so if you get locked up or something with carriers log in, I’m one email and call away).
Jesse Porch
Director of Agency Growth
He has been an insurance agent for many years helping countless small to medium-sized businesses and families find affordable insurance that meets their needs. When he’s not on his computer or phone, he enjoys spending time with his wife and dogs, traveling, and enjoying life to the fullest. Some of his interests include golfing, hiking, camping, and hanging out with friends. He has been married to the love of his life for over 4 years. The two of them have two dogs. You will often find them traveling to different countries and experiencing new cultures. Jesse graduated from Dixie State University where he played golf for the college and owned a moving business throughout his time there. He met his wife in St George during this time and moved to north Ogden to be closer to family. Jesse truly has a passion to help provide insurance solutions and growth to platinum agencies. With his firsthand knowledge of the needs and operations of business he is uniquely qualified.
Jed Reed

I grew up with most of my time being spent playing soccer. Nowadays you can find me after working playing some form or sport (mainly pickle ball these days) or out in the mountains. I’m always looking for something new and exciting to do. I had the opportunity to spend a couple of years in South Africa where I learned a lot and got to experience the world in a different culture. I attended Weber State and Utah Valley University where I was studying anthropology and now I have the privilege to be working at Platinum Insurance Group.
Cris Caminade
Agency Communications Specialist
I love playing sports, but the one that’s close to my heart is badminton. I also enjoy mountain climbing as long walks bring joy to my heart and peace to my mind. I always thought that life is just like climbing mountains — it’s not always an easy road but it’s definitely exciting! I just really appreciate the beauty of nature and being thankful to be part of it.
I have a couple of dogs named Lucy and Leo. I like the idea of walking them around with me in my spare time but all they want is to stay inside and watch the other dogs on the window.
On a serious note, I work remotely in one of the most beautiful cities here in the Philippines and my skills are focused on customer/client assistance, and a little bit of Life Insurance on the side.

I am a mom of 3 amazing kids, A grandma to 4 beautiful grandkids, and I have 2 dogs. I have a Bernedoodle named Luca that is my very best friend and the sweetest dog. I have been married for 20 years. One thing me and my husband share a passion for is football, I am a huge Odell Beckham fan and Giants fan!!! Some of my favorite things to do are shopping, working out, hanging out with my grandkids, and going to Lake Powell or any type of vacation. I have been in the insurance industry for 9 years. I love working with clients and being able to meet new people.
Susie Panameno

Two fun facts about me, I am a foodie person & I love traveling. I enjoy discovering new places to eat here in UT & my favorite place I’ve traveled to so far is Barcelona, Spain! Next up, Jamaica! I come from a big, loud, fun hispanic family. I spend the majority of my free time with them or playing with my little fur baby, Oakley. I was introduced to the insurance world right out of high school and worked as a CSR for an agent from American Family for 5 years. I made the switch to the Platinum family in 2020 & I am now excited to start a new journey with them in Account Management.
